The Moulton Jamboree Association would like to extend an invitation for you to attend our annual Town and Country Jamboree.  This year’s event will be held on July 28th, 29th and 30th 2017 in the Moulton City Park. (500 S. Lancaster)
 
Activities begin Friday evening.  Set up will be on Friday from Noon – 4:00PM.  All booths must be set up Friday.  Spaces will be assigned by the Jamboree Committee.
 
The booth fee this year will be $200 for the entire weekend.  A Texas food service permit is also required with your registration.  This permit may be obtained from the Texas Department of Health Services.  Vendors without Texas permits will not be allowed to set up.  Please be aware that it can take up to 6 weeks to get this permit from the TDHS.
 
Please specify what type of food you plan to serve, we will not duplicate food items.  Hamburgers, soda, water and beer are exclusives of the Jamboree Association.
 
You will be emailed or called with your application confirmation and the items that you listed, that were approved for you to sell.
 
All food booths are located near the pavilion.  There will be music under the pavilion on Friday and Saturday nights, so there will be customers in the area after dark.  Sunday usually wraps up around 8:00 PM.  You may begin taking down your booth at 6:00PM on Sunday.
 
Local Non Profit Organizations are also permitted to participate at a fee of $40 per day.  All fees must be paid with application.
 
Entry forms must be filled out completely and returned with the entry fee no later than July 10, 2017 to Sheri Beyer at 84 CR 95 CCC Moulton, TX 77975
