The Moulton Jamboree Association would like to extend an invitation for you to attend our annual Town and Country Jamboree. This year’s event will be held on July 27, 28, & 29 2012 in the Moulton City Park (500 S Lancaster).
Activities begin Friday evening. Setup will be on Friday from Noon – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.
The booth fee this year will be $200 for the entire weekend. A food service permit is also required with your registration. This permit may be obtained from the Texas Department of Health - 1100 W 49th - Austin, TX 78756-3199.
Please specify what type of food you plan to serve, it is necessary to avoid duplication. Hamburgers, Soda, Water, and Beer are exclusives of the Jamboree Association.
You will be emailed or called with your confirmation. We will also approve the items you listed to sell. All food booths are located around the Pavilion. There will be music under the pavilion on Friday and Saturday nights, so there will be customers in the area after dark. Sunday wraps up around 7:30 p.m.
Local Non Profit Organizations are also permitted to participate at a fee of $40 per day. All fees must be paid before setting up.
Entry forms must be filled out completely and returned with the entry fee no later than July 18.
