Moulton Jamborree Arts & Craft
The Moulton Jamboree Association would like to extend an invitation for you to attend our annual Town and Country Jamboree. This year=s event will be held on July 27, 28, & 29, 2012 in the Moulton City Park.
Booth spaces are 12=x12= and there is limited shade. Each vendor is required to furnish their own tents, tables, and chairs. There is no fence around our festival, but there is security on duty throughout the weekend. The Jamboree Association cannot be held responsible for any merchandise held in the park overnight.
The booth fee for this year is $40.00 per day. If electricity is needed you will only be allowed one plug on the main lines. Please bring any adapters or extension cords that may be needed. This year booths will be assigned as you register. Your booth number will be faxed or emailed along with a map when your fees are paid. For return vendors you may request the same booth space numbers.
Set-up will begin Friday from Noon B 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Jamboree officials will be on hand at the check in point to direct vendors to their booths and parking places.
Entry forms must be filled out completely and returned with the entry fee no later than July 13th. Entries after July 1st must pay in cash only. No set up will be allowed unless all fees are paid. A copy of your Tax ID number is required.
**We reserve the right to reject any items that we deem improper for family events. (Such as silly string, knives, water weenies, guns, fart spray, candy cigarettes, cap guns, etc.)
